Reviews and Ratings
What an amazing stay! The hotel is beautifully located, with easy access to the downtown area and a serene atmosphere near the cove. The rooms were perfect for our needs, even though they had some minor wear and tear. The service was top-notch, although there was a slight delay with some requests. Dining was delightful, and the facilities were quite enjoyable overall.
Staying at the Heritage House is a heavenly experience with gorgeous sunsets viewed from the bluff overlooking the ocean. Despite some issues like the presence of dog urine during a winter storm and the high cost of the room, the overall experience is exceptional.
I was amazed by the incredible views of the Pacific and the excellent location that allowed for easy exploration of the area. However, the limited Wi-Fi service and obstructed views were a bit disappointing. The sweeping views definitely made up for it.
